An employee was helping with a medical treatment for a horse. She had taken the horse by the lead and was backing it out of the stocks after the medical procedure when it lost consciousness and dropped to the ground. The employee's right leg was caught under the horse as it fell, and her fibula was broken. She was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
