Employees were installing a metal roof when a sudden rainstorm caused three employees to slide down the roof. Two of them fell through the guardrail system, landing on the ground 18 feet below. One of them suffered a spinal cord bruise and the second employee suffered bruised ribs and a neck injury. Both were hospitalized.
