An employee was replacing a hydraulic hose on the product finishing line. The employee walked onto the chamfering table and into a confined space next to the transferring mechanism to fix the hose. The transferring mechanism cycled and crushed the employee between it and the machine, resulting in a crushed pelvis. The chamfering table was not locked out at the time.
