On January 21, 2022, an employee was removing a draw valve on a 500-gallon propane tank indoors for replacement. When the valve was removed, liquid propane began spraying out of the tank. A second employee (injured employee) went to the nearby electrical box to cut the electrical power. At that time a spark ignited the liquid propane causing a fire. The injured employee was hospitalized for burns.
