An employee was picking up loose trash while in the vicinity of a dumpster storage area. The employee attempted to roll a dumpster out to the trash truck when the dumpster crushed his gloved left little finger against the metal wall of the outdoor storage location, resulting in a fingertip amputation that required hospitalization.
