A temporary employee was using a forklift to stack pallets onto racks when his clipboard fell into the mast area of the forklift. The employee reached into the area to retrieve the board and his body actuated the carriage. His right arm got caught between the installed plexiglass and the carriage, resulting in a laceration to the forearm below the elbow.
