Final narrative
The injured employee operating a pallet jack pulled up behind another pallet jack being operated by a second employee. The injured employee walked between his forks when he tripped over the other pallet jack's forks. He reached up as he was falling and contacted the throttle of his pallet jack. The pallet jack accelerated and pinched his legs before pulling him underneath it. The employee suffered a broken lower left leg.
