A temporary employee was accessing the second level of a two-story residential home to conduct a roof inspection. The ladder was positioned on the first level and was extended up to the second level. The ladder shifted as she neared the second level, causing the employee to fall from the ladder and roll from the first level to the dirt ground. The employee sustained fractures of the cervical vertebrae, ribs, and humerus as well as a knee laceration.
