Final narrative
An employee was working at a 6-foot height on a ladder, replacing a window vent on a greenhouse. The ladder shifted and fell; the employee fell with it, then landed on it as he hit the ground. He suffered a bruise to the left forearm and his hip was broken in multiple places. He was hospitalized.
