An employee was on a scaffold approximately 10 feet, 4 inches high operating a handheld concrete cutting saw. The saw kicked back and knocked the employee off the scaffold to the concrete floor below. The employee sustained a dislocated right shoulder, fractured right humerus, and a possible vertebral fracture.
