Final narrative
An employee was using a scissor lift to access a shelf. When the employee returned back to the scissor lift from the shelf, he hit his head on an air fan and lost his balance, falling to the ground. The employee suffered a broken left leg and a lacerated right leg, requiring hospitalization.
