Two employees were working from an aerial lift, using spray painting equipment to paint a dust bin at a grain elevator. Employee 1 was repositioning the aerial lift so they could finish painting the bottom of the dust bin. With the boom elevated approximately 10 feet above the ground, he was driving the lift backward in the truck loading aisle. A vertical truck loading spout was behind him; he struck the spout, and his upper body was crushed between the spout and the lift's control panel.
