An employee was in the bucket of a truck that was on a hill with its outriggers down and pads underneath. The employee was removing a branch from a powerline when the truck overturned causing the employee to fall approximately 45 feet into a depression or valley. The employee sustained a punctured lung and fractures to the ribs and pelvis.
