Final narrative
An employee was using a chainsaw on a tree during a wildfire. The tree fell over and contacted another tree, causing it to break out. As the fallen tree was redirected back toward the area of the base of the tree, it fell toward the employee. The tip of the tree struck the employee, knocking him to the ground. The employee sustained fractured vertebrae as well as abrasions and bruising.
