Two employees were troubleshooting/calibrating a CNC machine. The injured employee was putting a caliper on a spindle when the CNC machine activated and moved 5 feet, crushing the injured employee's right leg and ankle between the spindle and housing of the machine. The machine was not guarded or locked out/tagged out at the time.
