An employee was acting as a spotter for a telehandler as it moved 20-foot steel beams. The tread of one of the telehandler's front tires caught the back of the employee's boot and brought his foot and leg under the tire. He suffered multiple broken bones in his left foot, as well as two broken vertebrae.
