An employee was walking alongside the flatbed of an 18-wheel delivery truck to unstrap the straps and offload pre-engineered metal building parts. The employee lost balance and while trying to catch himself, his left leg got caught in a strap causing him to lose balance and jump from the trailer bed to the ground. The employee sustained a leg fracture.
