On January 30, 2024, a maintenance employee was cleaning and wiping down the inside of an elevator with their left hand when their cleaning cloth got snagged on moving equipment, causing their hand to become caught in the equipment as well. The employee fractured her left middle finger and sustained a cut requiring stitches and was hospitalized.
