An employee was repairing a chassis harness on a tractor. Both rear wheels had been removed and the cab was lifted. The employee was underneath the tractor when it came off the jack stand and tipped over onto the employee's right hand. Three fingers were crushed. The middle finger was able to be reconstructed but the fourth and fifth fingers were amputated.
