On June 19, 2024, at 7:30 AM, an employee was securing a tank to jack stands for maintenance work. As the tank car was being lowered onto the stands, the employee's right hand was caught between the jack stand and the tank car bolster gap resulting in a laceration and fracture to the index and middle fingers.
