A temporary employee was flagging traffic when they were nearly struck by a truck. The employee told the driver to be careful, and the driver got out of the truck and beat the employee with his fist. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their mouth and jaw, lost teeth, a concussion, and injuries to the tissue on their face and head.
