On October 30, 2024, an employee was conducting an inspection of a welded propane tank (1000 lbs.) while removing debris from the tank with a scraper. Their left hand was rolling the tank while their right hand was using the scraping tool and their left hand became pinched between the tank and the roller. The employee sustained a partial transphalangeal amputation to their left middle finger.
