On October 17, 2024, at approximately 10:15 AM, an employee was riding in the manlift attachment of a forklift when the attachment fell off the forklift, causing the employee to fall approximately 4 feet to the concrete ground. The employee was hospitalized with a broken right arm and an injury to a neck vertebra, and they received stitches on their forehead.
