An employee was operating an electric pallet jack with commercial finished goods. The floor was wet due to rain and the pallet jack lost traction and struck a pallet of broken glass. The employee's left foot and ankle were caught between the pallet jack and the pallet, and a piece of glass punctured his left calf. The employee was hospitalized.
