An employee was on top of a tanker trailer preparing to load the trailer. The dome lid was under pressure and it struck the employee when it opened. He fell off the tanker to the concrete ground below, sustaining lacerations above the left eye, a laceration to the back of the head, six fractured ribs, and two fractured vertebrae.
