Final narrative
An employee was helping to pour concrete and was using a concrete rake to spread the material in front of a vibratory concrete screed connected to a truck. The truck moved, causing the screed to knock the employee over and pass over him. He suffered a chest abrasion and crush injuries (without fractures) to the legs.
