On April 2, 2025, at approximately 11:10 AM, an employee was riding in the elevator from the 27th floor when the elevator failed and fell 10 floors until the emergency brake was applied. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to their right ankle, left tibia, and lower back vertebrae.
