On May 16, 2025, at approximately 2:00 PM, an employee was disconnecting a pressurized railcar load hose. The chemical (xylenol) inside the hose fell onto the employee, causing second-degree burns to his upper chest, both arms, and both legs. The employee was hospitalized.
