A bus driver stopped at the roundabout in front of a building. The driver got out and walked around the bus to lower the wheelchair ramp. The bus started moving and the driver was caught and dragged by the bus until a passenger got in the driver's seat and put the bus in park. The driver was hospitalized with a fractured pelvis and internal injuries.
