An employee was on the exterior rear dock while cleaning stainless steel baffles for overhead vents. He bent down and lost his balance, falling to the ground below. He grabbed onto the edge of the baffles, resulting in lacerations to his right palm and middle, ring, and little fingers. The employee was hospitalized.
