An employee was moving an aircraft engine, which was attached to an engine stand, from the main hangar to the storage hangar. One of the wheels on the stand caught a rough spot on the pavement, causing the engine and the stand to tip over and fall onto the employee's right big toe, resulting in a partial amputation.
