Employees were operating a telehandler to pick up an I-beam that was behind two 5-part sheave blocks on cribbing. The injured employee grabbed the rigging chain and knelt down to attach it when the telehandler boom went outward and the movement shifted the blocks. One block slipped and fell over onto the injured employee's left leg, resulting in hospitalization with a fractured femur.
