EE was breaking octagon bulkhead

EE was pushing metal through the press brake EE pushed the metal through and where the metal teeter totters where the weight gets distributed more on one side and as it did the sheet of metal either popped up are slammed down on both middle fingers exposing the meat on the left middle finger and possible breaking it. Machine was not operating at the time EE was pushing metal out of the machine the material came up catching the EEs fingers between the material and the top die.
