The welding line was building 2-yard front loaders.

While installing the top rail on a 2-yard front loader two employees lifted and positioned a prefabricated top rail onto the top part of the waste container. One employee then used a tool called a Top Rail Jig (Similar to a pry bar) to pull the side wall toward the top rail so it could be tac welded in place. During this process the tool slipped and struck the employee in the face resulting in a laceration.
