Supporting an associate who is receiving first-aid

The associate was walking and sat down on a table right by the QA area and black out fainted. The associate fell down face first to the floor concrete. The associate has a cut right below the right eye from the fall. Face is bruised. We help and support the associate. When the associate was back up and aware of what happened. The associate said the reason of the black out was that she saw another associates hand got a big cut and blood was coming out a lot.
