Before the incident
Employee was on the telephone with a female customer who yelled at him. Employee said he felt fine and took another call.
What happened
Employee felt bad and placed his customer on hold and went to the restroom. When employee came out of the restroom he felt like he was going to black out. Employee was able to walk towards the drinking fountain in the hallway by the restrooms. Employee could not move and another employee helped him back to his desk. While at his desk the employee felt a sharp pain in his chest.
