[REDACTED] climbed on the semi-truck to help the driver tarp down a machine because the driver had never tarped before and [REDACTED] was concerned about the quality of the product and didn’t want there to be any damage so he offered to help. While helping his elbow “popped” which has caused limited movement in the forearm now for 5 days. He was not concerned when it initially happened but has grown worried due to lack of movement relief.
