Working on a motor fix

The EE was holding a motor wire about 6 away from the ring terminal at the end of the wire while coworker was drilling a larger hole into the ring terminal. The drill slipped or bounced off the ring terminal and hit the EE 's right-hand pointer finger causing a laceration.
