Employee was asking a process tech a question while he was on a forklift and when she stepped back from the forklift didn 't look first to notice that someone was passing behind her with pallet jack. So when she stepped back she tripped on the pallet jack backwards (in a seated position) but tried to break her fall with her hand putting pressure on her L wrist.
