Employee was in the process of cleaning out the roll seeder catch pan While clean out the catch pan it fell off the stand and onto the floor during cleaning with a brush and dust pan Employee went to get help from mixer operator to place the pan back onto the stand While attempting to place the pan back onto the stand the stand leg shifted and got caught on the oven grid as it was running causing the stand to lift up Employee hand got caught between the catch pan and the seeder stand Employee had a deep laceration to the right hand between the thumb and 1st finger
