Associate was helping with a build ahead project on [REDACTED]. They had just completed a pallet and walked to the front end of the line to the area where the bowl feeders for insulators are located to clean dropped parts from around the bowl.

After cleaning up dropped parts the Associate decided to move back to the area where build-ahead acitivity was taking place. In doing so the Associate stepped over the cable tray cover but was unable to completely clear the step causing the toe of her shoe to catch the edge of the cover. Associate tripped fell sideways and unsuccessfully attempted to catch their balance on wire cart nearby.
