Before the incident
Walking back to office from getting up from desk to stretch and seek fresh air.
What happened
Employee had been working for a few hours and decided to get up and stretch for a bit and to get some fresh air. While outside of the building employee stepped onto an outdoor mat that was wet from [REDACTED] 's rain events. When walking back inside she wiped her feet onto the rug that was indoors but her shoes bottoms remained somewhat damp. When employee stepped onto the tile floor after wiping her feet she suddenly slipped and fell forward onto her right knee. She stated that the tile floor has been previously waxed adding to the slippery conditions.
