What happened
Employee was making preparations to meet a co-worker the following day and travel to [REDACTED] to collect medical supplies that were needed for teaching Health Education in the High Schools. Employee had gathered a container and a heavy duty cart weighing roughly 30lbs. Employee stated that you have to pull a metal cord to release the pull handle. After doing so employee wheeled the cart to her vehicle and before she could lift the cart into her car she needed pull the handle again to collapse the cart and release the handle so it would fit into the back of her vehicle. Employee stated that when she pulled the cord she simultaneously had to lift the cart as well to release the handle she felt a sharp pain in her wrist when performing this action.
