[REDACTED] was getting a rack from the HC whip room when she felt a sharp pain in her right shoulder. [REDACTED] stated when she moved the rack of sausage she used more of her arms in a sideways motion causing her to feel a strain in her right shoulder. The employee did not report and then followed up with an urgent care visit. The employee was recommended to take over-the-counter medication and the physician provided restrictions.
