What happened
[REDACTED] was on line 7 in packing when he felt a strain on his shoulder after bringing down a pallet from the top of some stacked pallets. IE did not report it immediately after it happened and continued to work through it. Later on around [REDACTED] IE reported it to a team leader and was directed to his supervisor. Travcare was called and was directed to the nearest medical clinic. After IE 's evaluation the physician prescribed medicine and was given restrictions.
