Processing a pallet of decom parts

as processing metal parts from a pallet into a gaylord and was not able to lift the item (large bulky). She dropped her arms and her hand was smashed between the part she was holding and another metal part on the pallet. She was wearing gloves. No immediate - severe pain but after 15 minutes of rest the hand was swollen and discolored (bruised) accompanied with mild throbbing pain. She requested additional medical attention [REDACTED] contacted [REDACTED] & [REDACTED] for pre-authorization and transported her to Concentra Urgent Care for medical assessment. X-rays and examination concluded that no bones were broken or fractured; she returned to work with <10lbs for 1 week instruction from physician. Reasonable accommodations are being reviewed implemented.
