Before the incident
Dumping a scrap hopper into the big scrap dumpster outside with a forklift.
What happened
When the EE dumped the scrap from the scrap hopper into the scrap tank it caused the hopper to come off-track. The EE then tried to push the scrap tank by hand from the side to get it to go back on track. While doing so he slipped on some sand and fell forward. His right shoulder hit into the base of the scrap hopper dislocating it during the fall.
