Frequently bending down and putting doors on a cart. Towards the end of the day she felt a twinge in her back and she has since been self-treating with heat and ibprofuen. It was later found out that this employee had last reported hours on this specific job in [REDACTED]. This claim was later denied due to unverifiable circumstances with the injury and witnesses and the employee ultimately settled with the work comp insurance carrier.
