Before the incident
orking with the team to replace a brick walkway with a concrete pad. Loading a granite post by hand into the bucket of a backhoe turned around to put the next post in the first piece slid and hit him on the shoulder and head causing him to lose his balance. He grabbed the bucket and the granite post fell on his hand crushing his hand.
