What happened
The team member was working in the Shipping department at the time of the incident which occurred in [REDACTED]. The injury affected the index finer on the left hand side. While on the shipping dock I was wrapping a uboat I got my finger stuck against the uboat and wrap. When I pulled my finger out hard to get it unstuck the uboat spun again and slammed into the injured finger
